Satius are a London based developer buying small plots of land, obtaining planning permission and building the projects out for resale. In the last 3 years they have developed their own system build which does not require the usual skilled site operatives like bricklayers and carpenters to construct low carbon real eco homes utilising light gauge steel frame and magnesium oxide SIPS. They are looking to engage go ahead manufacturers, designers and supply chains to assist them in taking their building system to a larger audience.
