Recognising the iconic projects from across the offsite sector, the Offsite Awards showcase the people and businesses pioneering the new technology, building methods, systems and designs raising the standards of safety, sustainability, social and financial value in construction. Co-located with Offsite Expo, the Offsite Awards will take place on the evening of 17 September. ENTRY DEADLINE: 30.05.24 

Taking place during Offsite Construction Week, light steel frame specialists – Hadley Group – are hosting a site study tour for architects, contractors, developers, and clients to learn more about their innovative systems and manufacturing processes. 

Providing a major opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes look, British Offsite will open the doors to its Horizon factory as part of  Offsite Construction Week. Constructed in 2023 costing more than £40 million, the state-of-the-art 180,000sqft manufacturing facility is a place where automation is underpinned by skilled operatives on a purpose-built production line. Generating highly prefabricated light steel frame panelised solutions – the new factory is quadrupling British Offsite's production capacity to 4,000 homes a year.
