Joining Hadley Group in January 2006 as a Manufacturing Support Engineer, Ben soon progressed to the role of Director of Hadley Group Technology, joining the Main Board in 2011 and was promoted to Group Managing Director in 2018.
In 2021 he became the controlling shareholder securing multi-generational leadership and family legacy where he continues to drive Hadley Group growth and development. In 2024, he was elected Chairman of the Light Steel Frame Association.
Working throughout the offsite technology supply chain, Darren Richards is Managing Director of Cogent Consulting, leading specialists in enhancing productivity through innovative building technologies, DfMA, platform design and process optimisation.
Darren is a passionate facilitator of discussions surrounding offsite construction and industrialised construction, and is Chair of the UK Industrialised Construction Advisory Board where he is helping to shape the ‘construction to production’ journey.
Bringing over 20 years’ experience in the offsite construction sector, Nik Teagle is Joint Managing Director at Frameclad Limited. He provides strategic leadership to the business, driving innovation and the adoption of value-engineered light steel frame solutions. Nik is passionate about advancing digital design and industrialised manufacturing whilst championing collaboration across project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and support the advancement and growth of light steel construction
Matt is a core member of the Intrastack team and an active member of the LSFA’s steering group. He has extensive experience in the steel frame and offsite construction industry, having worked in the sector for many years, and brings a wealth of knowledge to the steering group.
In his role, Matt keeps projects on schedule and supports Intrastack’s customers at every stage of the process, from initial design through to on-site installation.
Andrew has over 25 years of experience in the steel construction sector and is a specialist in light steel framing and modular construction. He is an Associate Director at The Steel Construction Institute (SCI) where he manages the Light Gauge Construction and Product Assessment parts of the SCI business. Andrew has a first-class civil engineering degree from Nottingham University and is a chartered engineer. Over his career Andrew has been involved in many areas of technical development, in particular cold-formed steel, structural robustness and product assessment and certification. He has authored many SCI publications and is the UK representative on the European Working Group considering the evolution of EN 1993-1-3.
