The LSFA and Offsite Expo: Promoting Industry Innovation

The LSFA and Offsite Expo: Promoting Industry Innovation
Across the construction industry, businesses are facing significant changes, challenges, and opportunities that will determine the future of the built environment over the next few years. Nowhere more so than in the offsite sector. Driven by innovation and intelligent design, offsite manufacturing will play a critical role in achieving the goals of a better, more sustainable, circular construction landscape.

Established industry leading representatives the Light Steel Frame Association (LSFA) champion light steel technology, driving awareness of the many benefits, striving to position light steel systems as the technically advanced leader in offsite technologies. The LSFA have recently launched a new Sustainable Steel campaign aimed at dispelling the myths about the sustainability credentials of light steel frame and addressing misinformation, setting the record straight. This comprehensive campaign comes in response to government plans for achieving net zero and sustainability targets through the implementation of circular construction economy principles.

The LSFA is proud to announce that as well as being industry partners with Offsite Expo, they are also exhibiting at this year’s event in September - light steel experts will be on hand at stand J14 to talk with delegates about the sustainable steel campaign; light steel as a pivotal resource and the significant opportunities identified for the industry during the transition from linear to circular construction.

With the changing face of construction and ever-advancing offsite technologies and approaches, Offsite Expo is at the forefront, a pivotal event providing a platform for information, engagement, and opportunities to explore this rapidly expanding and fast-moving sector.

Taking place at the Coventry Building Society Arena on 19 & 20 September 2023, Offsite Expo is the brainchild of leading industry experts who understand the urgent need for a dedicated event which showcases international offsite best practice and innovative technology. Bringing together the sector’s most influential organisations, individuals, commentators, and business leaders who are driving change in the construction sector, the event provides a dynamic and interactive experience for those looking to learn direct from eminent offsite industry experts.

Offsite Expo will attract over 4,000 delegates and is geared towards creating a dynamic forum for businesses to showcase offsite technologies, the latest smart digital construction techniques, and a place for people to engage with key industry contacts, meet face-to-face with suppliers, acquire new knowledge and network in vibrant surroundings.
