British Offsite to launch two-storey pavilion at UKREiiF

A Braintree-based manufacturing and construction company is set to showcase its modular building technology at this year's UKREiiF event with the creation of a two-storey pavilion.

British Offsite, which forms part of Weston Group, has developed the British Offsite Hub for the event, which runs from May 20 to 22 at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds city centre.

Designed as a pitched-roof structure using British Offsite's own MMC components, the space will be used to host meetings, presentations and networking events during the three-day forum.
Part of Weston Group, British Offsite is leading the delivery of housing and other buildings using MMC through UNisystem, its next generation in 2-D panellised light-gauge steel-framing solutions which are produced in their Essex factory on one of the largest automated assembly lines in Europe.
The British Offsite Hub is part-clad to give it a realistic appearance of a finished brick building, whilst also showcasing the UNisystem.
The pitched roof has been constructed using light-gauge steel that is printed in British Offsite's Essex factory and the components used to build the exhibition hub will be reused once the structure is dismantled.
"We invite visitors to UKREiiF 2025 to come and visit our Hub on Pavilion Avenue to learn more about the highly flexible MMC building solutions offered by British Offsite and how they can be used for low, medium and high-rise construction projects."
Shaun Weston, managing director of British Offsite, added: "The British Offsite Hub is set to be one of the biggest draws of the event this May. Visitors will learn how British Offsite can help increase the speed of construction delivery as well as the significant energy saving and environmental benefits of adopting our innovative building solutions.
"We have organised an exciting range of events to give visitors an insight into the MMC world, to meet local and national politicians, MMC providers and developers who will be presenting and answering questions from the audience."

Located on Pavilion Avenue within UKREiiF 2025, the innovative British Offsite Hub allows visitors to gain an insight into British Offsite and Weston Partnerships, a new division of Weston Homes that delivers projects for development partners.

The interior of the hub has been designed as a multi-functional space, with the ground floor for one-to-one meetings and casual entertaining, and upstairs as a space for seating up to 50 people for discussion panels and more formal presentations.

Bob Weston, chairman of Weston Group, said: "We are delighted to present the British Offsite Hub at UKREiiF 2025, created from and showcasing our unique energy-efficient UNisystem.
