Established as a private limited company in 1979 . In 2017 YB Fixings Ltd became a part of the Indutrade family of companies. Indutrade are a decentralised Swedish PLC, who own more than 250 companies across Europe. YB Fixing was always a strong company, but now has the additional strength of a large PLC.
