2022 Focus on Framing Seminar: Showcasing Innovative Steel Solutions

Sponsored and hosted by the Light Steel Frame Association, Focus on Framing is set to take place on Tuesday 29 March 2022 at the National Conference Centre (NCC) in Birmingham and will feature high-profile speakers from market leading companies, discussing the significant role that light steel frame plays in the UK's major developments. From numerous sectors, residential to commercial, education, retail and leisure delegates will hear about the newest innovations and developments in this fast-changing sector.

Bringing together light steel frame manufacturers and industry professionals, Focus on Framing is the only event of its kind for the light steel frame industry.

Following the new Building Regulations that came into force at the end of 2018 (updated in July 2021), the construction sector is looking to the steel industry to provide solutions. To showcase best practice to meet increased demand, the Focus on Framing seminar at the National Conference Centre (NCC) in Birmingham on 29 March 2022 will provide construction professionals with insight into the latest compliant light steel frame systems and showcase this fundamentally important offsite construction solution through informative case studies.

Sponsored and hosted by the Light Steel Frame Association (LSFA), Focus on Framing was created for specifiers, engineers, architects, contractors, housebuilders, developers, and manufacturers and will highlight steel framing solutions to overcome the challenges presented by new protocols.

The Focus on Framing organising team are delighted to announce the seminar chair - Mike Fairey, Chairman of the LSFA and Director of Fusion Building Systems. Mike says, "The aim of the Light Steel Frame Association is to raise the profile of the steel framing industry, and what better way to do that than a dedicated steel technology event where manufacturers and supply chain members can network with construction industry professionals and share our specialist expertise?"

With 3-hours of CPD content, a supporting exhibition and 2-hours dedicated to networking, return from Focus on Framing with new ideas and approaches from the industry leaders who are shaping the future of the sector and gaining global attention including Trimble, World Steel Association, EOS, Fusion Building Systems, Intelligent Steel Solutions, MetStructures and Hadley Group.

The event is set to be a 'must attend' for professionals in the construction industry who want to stay abreast of potential technology developments and business opportunities.
